Hatha Yoga with Leigh Marsden

Hatha Yoga

Suitable for both beginners and more experienced students, our Hatha Yoga classes focus on alignment, breathwork, and meditation. Join us for a balanced practice that cultivates strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Monthly foundations class: 1st Saturday of the month.

Our sound therapy classes offer two unique experiences to support your wellbeing. Choose from deeply relaxing sessions designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind, or more intensive sound journeys that encourage emotional release and energetic shifts.
