Yoga

Retreats

Tai Chi & Qigong

Our Tai Chi and Qigong classes at Leigh Marsden Holistic Health offer a gentle yet powerful practice that enhances balance, flexibility, and inner calm through flowing, meditative movements designed to harmonize mind and body.

Sound Therapy

Experience deep relaxation and the healing, transformative effects of vibrations with a 1:1 or group sound therapy session.

Antenatal Classes

Accessible, inclusive, and practical antenatal education in Canterbury. Our classes—offered as relaxed weekly sessions or weekend intensives—are evidence-based, interactive, and community-focused. Welcoming to all families, including LGBTQ+, with real talk, plenty of laughs, and support every step of the way.

Get to know Leigh

Leigh is a registered hatha yoga teacher and a trauma-informed yoga teacher. She works with Timaru Counsellor Amanda Webber to offer trauma-informed yoga classes in Timaru that are fully funded by ACC for sensitive claims clients. Please contact Leigh to discuss trauma-informed yoga sessions.

Leigh also offers Gentle floor-based Yoga and Breathwork classes that can be helpful for anxiety, high stress, chronic tension, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and more.
